Modern Shops can't take promotion fee as they can again
Modern Shops can't take promotion fee as they can again to distributor in trading term after Ministry of Trading of Indonesia issued
PERMENDAG Number 23/2008 which in that role the Modern shops just allowed take three promotion fee in condition, there are:
- Mass Media promotion or printing such brochure or mailer, which conditioned with usual and transparant as same as value from media
and all others creativity fee.
- In-store promotion fee validated just for outside promotion area regular shop display goods
such: floor display, promotion gondola , block shelving, check out counter, wing gondola, outdoor or indoor billboard,
and other place that ussualy take as promotion media.
- Promotion fee based agreement with distributor to make product promotion event like sampling,
product demo, prices, games, etc.
BPOM RI Role on January, 05th 2009
Role & Policy for drugs, jamu/traditional medicine,
food suplement, fast food and cosmetics Distributing & Selling Should give worth attention to the policies below:
- Each product listed above which distribute and sell inside Indonesia must registered in BPOM RI or Health Departement
(for Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga/IPRT product).
- With mean each product listed above which distribute and sell must grafting:
a. Registration Number
b. Producer/Importer Number
c. Batch Number and Expire Date
- Products Packed Placed and distribute in some medium in order to appropiate with function and medium authority agree with
policies (example top drugs for medical patient/doctor recive just allow avaliable in dispensary).
- Distributing Produk from autenthical source/autenthical medium which have authority as Govewrment roles & Policies.
